Yes you can have your pets follow you around. In your character tag you should also have a pet tab and when ever you want to have them follow you around you just click on there little cage. A great site to learn all about wow and great tips is www.wowinsider.com, once you get really playing you can actually use Game mods that are legal to maker your user interface better they are called add-ons. A great place to get them for free is www.curse.com. Every WOW players also bookmarks: www.thottbot.com and www.wowhead.com. These sites can help you with doing quests and stuff like that.
